SikaTop‑107 Plus ES is a two-component, hydraulically hardening cementitious mortar specially formulated for waterproofing, protection, and structural repair in humid environments and those exposed to water. It comes in two components (powder and liquid) which, when mixed, form a mortar with high adhesion, strength, and durability, suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

This product stands out for its waterproofing capability combined with mechanical resistance, making it suitable for protecting surfaces and structures from water action and aggressive environmental agents.

USES

SikaTop®-107 Plus ES is used for:

• Waterproofing of foundation or buried walls in new construction and rehabilitation works.
• Protection of concrete structures against the effects of de-icing salts and freeze-thaw attack.
• Pore filler
• Crack bridging in concrete structures (not subject to movement).
• Waterproofing of potable and non-potable water tanks.
